Stockholm, Sweden,  December 18, 2009: Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Quincy Compressor from EnPro Industries, Inc. for approximately USD 190M. The acquisition supports Atlas Copco’s profitable growth in North America and China, adding a strong brand and an extensive distributor network. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.

瑞典，斯德哥爾摩，2009年12月18日：阿特拉斯科普柯集團從英普羅集團收購昆西壓縮機公司資產(chǎn)，收購額為USD190M。此次收購將有助于阿特拉斯科普柯集團在北美地區和中國的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，為集團增加一個(gè)強大的品牌及代理商銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò )。此收購已報批當地政府。

EnPro Industries Agrees to Sell Quincy Compressor
to the Atlas Copco Group

EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell Quincy Compressor to the Atlas Copco Group . The company expects the transaction to close in the first quarter of 2010, pending regulatory approval.

英普羅工業(yè)集團（NYSE: NPO）今天宣布與阿特拉斯科普柯集團達成出售昆西壓縮機公司的協(xié)議。公司預期收購業(yè)務(wù)轉移將在2010年的第一季度完成并獲當地政府批準。
